The staff were accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train stop and Newmarket. We enjoyed the split-level unit, perfect for my son and me, and the shower pressure was excellent. The heat pump was a bonus after a chilly game.

Price was higher than expected. Room lacked a couch.

It was really good experience, didn't want to leave.

It is a lovely and convenient property located in Newmarket district really close to a railway line and the freeway on the other, takeaway and restaurants, and shops and Restaurants. Everyone is lovely and owner too. Make sure you stay in the apartment with aircon, the spa bath, as for instance.

The location is great, just a short walk away from local shops.

The young asian man at the desk was not very experienced, did not have any idea. The pool was green which did not intice me into the spa. Then breakfast well that was a disaster, not able to order what was in the compedium, chef not there Then exiting our unit, which was on the upper floor, very slippery tiles. Not at all good. Would I go back cetainly not

I stayed 13 nights and would like to stay longer when visiting New Zealand. Pretty much what I expected: comfortable hotel, well priced. - Motivated and courteous staff, enjoyed the air-conditioned room I booked. - Greatly enjoyed the restaurant for dinner. I had a 13-night stay at this hotel in New Zealand and would definitely extend the stay if I could. the hotel provided the comfort I was looking for at a reasonable price, just as I had anticipated. the staff were friendly and efficient, and I loved the air-conditioned room I had reserved. Dinner at the restaurant was also a great experience.

It was in a convenient area for me to pick up my relatives from the airport and do some other visits at the same time in Newmarket. For us it is centrally placed for shopping and walking without having to take the car and worry about parking. We usually stay there and enjoy the comfort of the one bedroom apartment.

The room was tidy.

Only one key available for room. Noisy street with early morning traffic. Noisy staircase - poor insulation of windows. No coffe plunger in room. Cutlery in draws was dirty and had to be cleaned before we could use it. The rating of 4stars+ is somewhat over the top and conveys a level of luxury that is not really offered. We have been to better places in Auckland and paid less.

The hotel was clean with very friendly and respectful staff, I felt safe. the location was excellent and absolutely perfect, around 10-15 minutes walk from Wilkies Lookout. - A shopping centre and a bakery were right next door. - the restaurant was good for dinner and for every budget. - the property was what I loved during the trip.

Lots of food for breakfast, it was delicious. All the staff were skilled, skilful. The location in a great area was favourable and there were shopping centers and a bakery nearby.

I strongly recommend this hotel and would return anytime. the hotel is fairly clean, with respectful staff, and offers an exceptionally nice location very close to restaurants, cafes, Newmarket, surrounding areas.
